Jennifer Fox Hamilton

Jennifer Fox Hamilton discovered her love of painting later in life, though a seed had been planted in her heart to be an artist when a recruiter from an art school approached her parents when she was thirteen. Mixed media painting--a combination of collage, spray paint, and ink along with acrylic and oil paint--has become her preferred painting style, though watercolors hold a special place in her repertoire. In June of 2021, she began to dabble in ceramics after decades of ignoring the itch to try it and as she knew she would, she fell in love with another art medium. Though her primary job is now working as the owner of Fox Art and Soul Studio: Gallery and Art Supplies, as well as teaching art classes there, she plans to get back into making art as soon as she has opportunity. "Creating art is the lifeblood of an artist, after all."
